Kinley's Upcoming Projects

 Kinley Corporation is very excited about the upcoming 2012 year.  Our business model for the last 100 years has been 'building relationships' and Kinley has successfully done so in our New York and Florida divisions.  We continually strive to live up to our customers' expectations and do our best to meet whatever construction needs they have.  That is why Kinley has seen diverse working relationships from construction management, to construction consulting, to project development and to the actual construction itself. We take pride in pursuing our goal of being the premier general contractor in our region.

Upcoming Projects in 2012

ALLEGANY, NY - Kinley is starting up the new year with a 170,000 sq. ft. renovation and 22,000 sq. ft. addtion for the St. Elizabeth's Mother House.

ALLEGANY, NY - Bonaventure Square continues to make strides for a Spring 2012 start date.  The first phase of this project will include a new hotel, retail center and apartment complex neighboring the St. Bonaventure University.

ORLANDO, FL - Kinley is currently in the process of finishing up a high school remodel with our Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) product.

OLEAN, NY - The historic Manufacturer's Hanover building is currently under the development phase and expected to start by the end of Summer 2012.  This restoration project will be a keystone landmark to the downtown of Olean, NY.
