From early 1970’s to the late 1990’s Kinley Corporation built, owned and operated pipelines, truck terminals and bulk fuel storage facilities which transported fuel for the defense fuels of the United States Government.  These facilities supplied fuel and were located near Offut Air Force Base - Nebraska, Lemoore Naval Air Station- California, Gowen Air National Guard - Idaho, and Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota.  Through the years in building these facilities, Kinley began creating an infrastructure of personnel and equipment.  This would eventually lead to the development of Kinley Construction Group which has become a major industrial contractor in the United States.
